Maintenance

If you are a current tenant at Star Students you can email us with any maintenance issues that may occur. A member of staff will deal with your issue quickly and as efficiently as possible.

This service is for NON EMERGENCY ISSUES only, if you have an emergency, something that is potentialy harmful to yourself or the property you should contact JPR Construction 07771 561156. Please be aware that you will be charged for non emergency issues for example 'I can't get my clothes out of the washing machine due to the door being locked' at midnight.
